SERVICES
DECORATING + PHOTOGRAPHY
An initial walkthrough with our in-house professional decorator, will determine your property's requirements. We create a list & budget for purchases to set up and launch your Airbnb business. We handle shopping, hiring installers, decor installation, organizing, staging and photography. We will get your property fully stocked with essential items + fun amenities.
AMENITIES & SECURITY
We provide upgrades such as mattress toppers and protectors to ensure total comfort and cleanliness. We also provide extra small amenities like games, toys, makeup towels, shampoo dispensers and a coffee bar station to enhance the guest experience. We install outdoor security cameras and a smart door lock, which gives each guest a new code. We ensure your property is well monitored.

We maintain open communication throughout the partnership. By entrusting us with your property, you can relax knowing that your home is in good hands. Our goal is to help you maximize your rental income, increase occupancy rates, and provide an exceptional experience for both guests and homeowners. We provide monthly statements with a clear breakdown of revenue and expenses, including occupancy rates. Owners have full transparency of the calendar and bookings.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Cleaning quality is the most important part of this business! Our crews are trained to provide hotel quality cleanings, laundry service and preparation for the next guest. We purchase and restock all supplies when needed. We do minor repairs free of charge to ensure your property will be meticulously maintained to the highest standard. We offer a handyman service for larger repairs and if maintenance is require during a stay. We can hire maintenance people for you to provide weekly services, such as gardening and pool cleaning.

We are problem solvers, good communicators, and organizational virtuosos, and we have an almost-annoying eye for detail. (As you can imagine, details matter in this line of work). As a boutique firm, we purposefully limit the number of properties we manage so that we can continue offering the level of service and excellence we’re known for. Our goal isn’t to be the biggest. About the Owner - With 10+ years of Airbnb management & hosting experience, along with her degree in interior design and renovation, owner Tina Stern has the ability to create stylish and inviting Airbnb spaces for her clients and guests. As a vacation rental owner herself, Tina understands the needs of a property owner first hand. Working with multiple large management companies in the past, Tina quickly learned how often things fall through the cracks. Their low standards for cleaning, use of inexperienced employees and cheap products were appalling. Streamline Hosts guarantees your property will get the personal attention and quality upkeep it deserves!

PRICING
FULL SERVICE HOSTING
15-20%
This allows you to be totally hands off - We handle everything in operating your short term rental. We will physically be at the property to handle check ins, deliveries, maintenance repairs, updates, etc. Our hosting fee is based on the size, amenities and attention your property requires. Co-hosting - If you prefer to be more hands on, we can personalize your services.
CLEANINGS & SUPPLIES
Standard turn over cleans are paid from the fee charged to guests as part of their booking. Supplies, linens, maintenance, and other home-related expenses will be automatically deducted from your monthly payouts. Start up supplies and costs will be deducted from the first owner payouts.
START UP BUNDLE
A one-time onboarding fee covers the facilitation of the short-term rental permit application, establishment of licenses and tax accounts. This also includes professional staging, photography, and listing creation/marketing. *Owners are responsible for payment for the application fee and license fee to the city of San Diego.
INTERIOR DECORATING
Our interior decorating services is a separate start up service, which starts at $45 per hour and is based on your property's requirements and budget.
